Walk the wide, sandy Hilton Head beach as many times as you'd like or soak up some sunshine in a lounge chair on the sundeck surrounding the community pool. You can stay in and cook, grill your food at the community grilling station by the pool, order take-out or head out to one of Hilton Head's many incredible restaurants. Guests initially enter The Ocean's Edge by taking the community stairwell to the first floor to the front door of the home. (Please note: this building does not have an elevator.) When you enter the front door, you will find all the rooms on one level. The living room, kitchen and dining area have an open floor plan. The master suite and half bathroom are accessible from one side of the living room. The laundry closet is located near the front door. You may access the outdoor balcony from the living room and the dining area.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

The place looked clean and the kitchen had many utensils/ pans but not good Internet service at all. If you need Internet service while you stay here… don’t count on it. We contacted the owners but got no response. There was no Kleenex and the toilet paper was thin and very rough. Please spring for some higher quality paper please! There were some roaches too… but everything was damp from the rain so maybe they aren’t there always. No bug spray either though. We loved the beach and the access to the beach. Great beach! The place has close access to restaurants too. We will try some place else next time.
