After several years as a successful corporate attorney in New York City, Sarah and her husband, Steven, relocated to their favorite city, Charleston, over 15 years ago to pursue a more relaxed lifestyle with their new family. Sarah continued to work with her family’s 150-year-old real estate business and began looking for vacation properties to acquire in the Charleston area.
Frustrated by the high management fees charged by many resorts, she discovered iTrip and their market-leading, integrated technology that delivers higher revenues, higher conversion rates, and a better overall return for vacation homeowners. Sarah & Steven have owned and operated an iTrip franchise in the Lowcountry since 2016.

Steven Goodwin, a UK Chartered Accountant, has more than 30 years of experience in hospitality and real estate and was formerly Managing Director of Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, CEO of Hard Rock Park, and a member of Universal Orlando and Universal Studios Japan's board of directors. With his finance & business development background, Steven leads our revenue management, guest marketing & guest services teams.
When not managing vacation rental homes in the world renowned Lowcountry, Sarah and Steven can be found checking out one of the Lowcountry'’s many phenomenal restaurants or enjoying the beautiful Lowcountry scenery & fresh air on one of the area's many trails with their two daughters!

Flip & Matt Harris are the dedicated owners of iTrip Hilton Head Island, specializing in the management of vacation rentals in the breathtaking coastal paradise found in the communities of Coligny, Mid-Island & Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island. Having vacationed in Hilton Head over the years, the Harrises always envisioned returning to this beautiful locale permanently. Now, they are thrilled to apply their expertise and commitment to Southern hospitality for both property owners and guests in the Lowcountry.

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Flip shares Matt’s dedication to service and excellence. She initially built her career in the hospitality sector but later transitioned to become a Practice Administrator for various medical groups after the birth of their daughter. Flip's background in management enhances their business approach, ensuring that every detail is handled with care. Outside of managing vacation rentals, Matt and Flip enjoy spending time on the beach, playing golf, and creating precious memories with their growing family and friends.
