Guests enter The Lazy Palm through the electronic door lock on the front door of the home. On the first floor of the home, you will find a foyer, dining room, living room, kitchen (with banquette seating), laundry room, half bathroom and access to the screened porch & backyard. The home's two master suites are located on the second floor along with the bunk bedroom, queen bedroom and third bathroom. Please note there are stairs from the driveway to the front door, from the kitchen area down to the living room, from the back porch down to the yard and between the first and second floors.

NO PETS, NO SMOKING

Pool is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.

For TV apps, personal subscription required.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

This house is amazing. The location is stunning. It was little further away from Charleston then i expected but it didn’t change how much of a great time we all Had! It was colder than we anticipated so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but took some great long walks on the near by beach. I would return in a second! The hosts were great too! They answered all my questions very quickly! 10/10

We loved our stay at the lazy palm! The house was more than expected. Most times the pictures are better then the house but in this case the house is better then the pictures. Very clean and spacious.

The house was perfect. Clean, modern, spacious and great location. The several different seating areas were perfect for our group. Would definitely stay here again.
