Your kids will love the bunk bedroom as well as the playground, tennis courts, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, soccer field and baseball/softball field & batting cages at the Isle of Palms Rec Center, which is 5 blocks from the house. Take advantage of the six miles of wide beaches, fishing, kayaking, boating and eco-tours on Isle of Palms by day and enjoy the fabulous foodie & cultural delights of downtown Charleston or nearby Mt. Pleasant or Sullivans Island at night. Historic Charleston is a 20 minute drive from the home and the beach is a 6 minute walk from the house. Upon entering the home you will find a dining area, living room, a fully stocked kitchen and hallway to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms in this unit are on the same floor. Guests are also welcome to utilize the covered deck with outdoor dining table, gas BBQ grill and outdoor shower. The washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry room off of the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway immediately in front of Unit B for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

Please note that long term tenants reside in the upstairs unit and access the detached building in the backyard. Upstairs renters share the backyard with the downstairs guests. Crossover noise between the units - especially on the ceilings in The Blue Oyster - is to be expected.

DOGS CONSIDERED, PET FEES MAY APPLY, PLEASE INQUIRE. Cats are NOT permitted.

NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
