Guests walk up the exterior steps of the home from the driveway to the front porch and enter the front door into the kitchen. There's an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, dining and living room areas. All three bedrooms -- as well as the home's two bathrooms -- are located off the kitchen and living room area of the home. There is a back deck accessible from the living room.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. NO PARTIES. Tenant must be 25 years old. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This was the perfect location for a bachelorette trip. Short Ubers to Shem’s Creek and to downtown Charleston. Cute and quiet neighborhood and located on the golf course.

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Charleston has so much to do and see that we would definitely consider another trip to the area. The only thing we found missing was a "guest book" where people could record their visit along with recommendations for restaurants etc. and perhaps flyers for things to do in the area. It's always fun to see where others have come from and where they've been!

This was the perfect stay for our family getaway. The house is beautiful and has everything you need and more. We enjoyed this peaceful spot of IOP with just a quick stroll to the beach and an easy drive over to Charleston. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely come back!

My family enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cove in the Wild Dunes. The home was as advertised, spacious and newly renovated. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots and pans and dishes needed to make some of our own meals. The location was great. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach and had access to a community pool just a couple doors down. The house is located on one of the golf courses and has a lovely deck facing one of the putting greens, providing added entertainment! We will definitely be back.
