This home features a reverse floor design, which means you'll find the gourmet kitchen and a light-filled living room and dining room on the upper level of the home. You'll swoon over the white oak floors, shiplap walls, high ceilings and terrific natural light. Reserve this home for your family today! Your toughest choice each day of your stay will be whether to take a swim in the pool, jump the waves in the Atlantic Ocean, read a book in the swing beds on the front covered balcony or gaze at the stars from the roof deck.

Guests enter Sun, Sea and Stars through the back door of this elevated home. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy foyer that connects you to four of the home's bedrooms (including one of the two master suites), a laundry room, a stairwell to the second floor and a stairwell down to the backyard, pool & patio. On the second floor of the home, you will find an open floor plan layout between the kitchen, living room and dining room. You'll also find the home's second master suite on the second floor, a half bathroom and a covered porch accessible through the kitchen. Every bedroom in the house has its own private bathroom. Follow the staircase to the third floor to find a half bathroom and access to the roof deck. You can enjoy a morning coffee outside on one of Sun, Sea and Stars two exterior balconies -- one on the ground floor off of the first floor master suite and one on the second floor of the home off of the kitchen. Off-street parking on the driveway & garage for up to 5 cars is included in the rental rate. No more than 5 cars may be parked on the property at anytime.

Sun, Sea and Stars is tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home -- and respectful of our neighbors -- throughout your stay.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Guests staying at all ITrip Charleston managed properties receive the following:

  • Amenity pack, starter set of soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make up wipes, paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher & laundry detergent tabs.

  • All beds ready made with freshly laundered sheets &
    Isle of Palms will be conducting minor beach replenishment in 2026. This is due to recent storm erosion. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do not expect this to significantly impact Wild Dunes.

Lots of room, including huge family room. Kitchen is fully stocked. Plenty of other amenities like a couple of bikes, beach buggies and beach chairs. Short walk to beach. 1 mile from grocery store. 25 minutes to downtown Charleston. This house is in the perfect location.

The home was very clean, spacious and accommodated our large family! The kitchen was equipped with all necessities and we especially enjoyed the roof top for our dinners. The view was spectacular! The location near to the beach was very close, although we did rent some golf carts, to make the transportation easier for our children. The only down side was the pool! because this was one of the reasons, we chose this home. We paid to heat the pool, but it never was even the slightest warm enough to go in, and even with outside weather over 80 degrees! We tried to explain this to your property management, but they would only say that is all they can do. We feel like we wasted a lot of money paying extra to warm the pool, with a 3 day minimum. I would advise not paying for this service! We learned the hard way…
