Looking for a relaxing & comfortable Kiawah Island vacation home that sleeps 7 people, is a 10 minute walk to the beach has access to a community pool and boat dock? Then Sprigg's Shack in Inlet Cove on Kiawah Island is for you!

With a 5 minute walk to the Inlet Cove community pool amenities and a 10 minute walk to the beach, Sprigg's Shack is a wonderful vacation getaway for families & friends. This elevated home sits next to a tidal creek and is surrounded by the beautiful Kiawah Island woods. Guests walk up the exterior steps of the home from the driveway to the front porch and enter the front door into the dining room & living room areas. Brand new hardwood floors have been installed in the dining room, living room and kitchen. New carpet has been installed in all 3 bedrooms, which are located off the living room & dining room area of the home. There is also a new washing machine & dryer and range in the home. Guests can also unwind on the screened-in porch that is separated from the living room area by a sliding glass door. There is a gas BBQ grill on the elevated balcony.

Guests at Sprigg's Shack will also receive gate passes to access the restaurants, golf, tennis & shopping on Kiawah Island. Parking for up to 4 cars on the driveway is included in the rental rate.

Fish, grill, swim, boat, kayak, walk, bike, watch sunsets from the dock or just relax. The choice is yours!

We enjoyed our stay at this rental and loved the Kiawah area. We loved the amenities included, especially the dock and pool access. We were able to cook meals with ease with everything the home included. The outside sitting area had very tall grass so we couldn’t really enjoy that area, even with the chairs next to the house but we did love the screened in porch.

We enjoyed our stay in the Kiawah area. We loved being able to bike to the beach. The amenities that came with the house were great, especially the pool and dock access. We were able to cook meals in the home with ease with what the home had. The sitting area had tall grass so we weren’t able to enjoy that, even with the chairs close to the home, but we did love the screened porch.

The house is extremely poorly maintained. The deck has rotten wood everywhere, the yard has chairs strewn about with grass and weeds growing over them, the back porch sliding glass door is extremely hard to open and close. The couch smells like body odor, the chair in the living room is broken and lopsided. The morning at 545/6am this high pitched squealing noise (sounded like an alarm going off) comes out of the bathroom. The first morning it took us 10 minutes to figure out where it is coming from. We flushed the toilet and it went away. It happened again at 3am the following two mornings. Reported to itrips. There are water stains in multiple places in the ceiling, the master bathroom tile is cracked and falling in. The fan does not work in that bathroom either. The rugs in both bathrooms looked dirty when we arrived. Itrip is very quick to reply to emails though. And there were clear instructions about how to get into the house.
