Guests initially enter Rest A Shored by taking the community stairwell to the second floor to the front door of the home. (Please note: this building does not have an elevator and there are 16 steps to climb from the ground level to the second floor.) When you enter the front door, you will find all the rooms on one level. The living room, kitchen and dining area have an open floor plan. The master suite is accessible from one side of the living room and the guest bedroom, hallway bathroom and laundry closet are located near the front door. You may access the outdoor balcony from the living room and the dining area.

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

For streaming TVs and sticks, personal subscriptions are required to stream on the apps.

This was by far and away our favorite condo rental we’ve ever had in Hilton head. The space is beautifully decorated and had all the trinkets and amenities necessary to make our stay enjoyable. We were really happy with the easy access to the swimming pool and the beach. We’re looking forward to staying at this property again.

Villa is clean, well equipped and in a perfect location for quick access to the beach and walking/ bike paths. Quiet at night and parking is easy. Check in and out procedures are easily communicated. Would stay here again.

iTrip communication was excellent, clear instructions for arrival and check out. The location was good, quick walk to the beach and pool. The unit had been nicely renovated, but the maintenance has been lacking and the furniture seemed to not have been cleaned for a very long time.

We decided on a last minute beach trip, anywhere in the Southeast (Atlanta starting point), and found this lovely condo in Hilton Head. Airbnb listed "Rest A Shored" as a Rare Find, and indeed it was. The condo was perfect. It was comfortable, well equipped and located just a couple minutes walk to the pool and beach. There is a general store on property that diverted my intended trip to Kroger for some extra beach supplies. The communication with management was excellent. This was my first visit to Hilton Head and it was a great experience. I'll definitely look to book Rest a Shored again in the future! Thank you, iTrip Hilton Head! :)
