Once you enter the villa, you will find a clean, well-stocked galley-style kitchen; a dining area that comfortably seats 8 people; a living room with a wall-mounted large screen TV, vaulted ceilings & spacious sectional; a screened porch with outdoor seating (accessible via the living room, kitchen & master suite); the master suite with king bed, smart TV and en suite bathroom (with a shower/tub combo); a guest bedroom with two queen beds; and a guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Laundry room is located in a hallway closet. Off-street parking on the parking lot for up to 2 cars is included in the rental rate.

This unit was very cozy and clean. We had everything we needed and more. Sara and Steven left a welcome note, bottle of wine and key lime cookies for us which was very thoughtful and an extra special surprise. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do

My husband and I came to Kiawah for the Marathon. I have been to Kiawah before but he had not. It truly is a magical place. Let’s do Sunset made it even more special by being so cozy and comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. The location is great, close to many of the points of interest. We had everything we needed and more. It was super special that we were able to bring our dog. My husband won the Master Champion for his age group in the Marathon. I would definitely stay again.

Vacation with siblings for warm weather, biking and pickleball. Beautiful place to be biking was awesome and great beach. Would be perfect place to vacation and return to if Pickleball was affordable.

This villa is well kept and consistently clean. We are always comfortable and have a wonderful view of the lagoon from the excellent screened porch. We plan to return here often!
