Welcome to Green Whale! Tucked away in the quiet Mt. Pleasant residential neighborhood of Chelsea Park, Green Whale is an excellent, kid-friendly home-away-from-home from which you can explore the Charleston area. You and your guests will feel right at home in this comfortable three bedroom home with a private, fenced backyard patio. Your kids will love our bunk bedroom with kids' books, games & toys.

Guests enter Green Whale by walking up the sidewalk, past the gorgeous magnolia tree in the front yard and into the front door. Once you enter the front door, you will find an open floor play layout between the living room & dining room areas. The dining room leads into the kitchen. From the living room, you can access the master bedroom, the stairwell to the home's second floor and a half bathroom with full sized washing machine & dryer. There's a door in the living room that takes you to the home's private, backyard patio area with an outdoor dining table & chairs. On the second floor of the home, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms and one full bathroom.

Green Whale is a family-friendly home tucked away in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

We loved the location was close & easy to get to all the places we visited - Charleston, Sullivan Island, Isle of Palm, Folly Island & even day trips to Savannah & Myrle Beach. Lots of places to eat within a couple of miles. The beds were comfortable & kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The decor was beachy & very tasteful. Also having 2.5 baths was great. Could use more seating in the livingroom, as there were 5 of us & only seating for 3 on the couch. A firepit with seating outside would be a great addition. Would choose it again should we go back to visit. Thanks!

Overall it was a great place to stay, close to historic Charleston, activities in Mount Pleasant and Sullivan’s island.Our only complaint was that the bathroom sinks didn’t get hot water even though the showers and kitchen sink did. Not a huge issue but annoying .We would definitely stay here again info we come to Charleston..

We had a great time staying at this property. The home was clean, well kept and the company was very responsive. The company kept great communication throughout the time leading up to, during and after our trip. The house was comfortable and we slept great. The location was easy to get to, close to historic Charleston, grocery stores, activities, Sullivan’s island and many great restaurants. Our only issue was a lack of hot water at the bathroom sinks. The showers and kitchen had hot water but bathroom sinks did not. Annoying but not horrible. We will definitely stay at this property again if we come back to Charleston.
