Guests enter Burroughs Hall by walking up the exterior stairs in the front yard to the front door of this elevated home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer that leads to a large, central living room with comfortable seating, laminate hardwood floors and wall-mounted TV. The bunk bedroom, formal dining room, kitchen, a hall bathroom and den are located on one side of the living room. The master suite, two guest bedrooms and another hall bathroom are located on the other side of the living room. You can access the home's back deck from the sun room and the king guest bedroom. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer near one of the two en suite bathrooms in the master suite.

NO PETS; NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors. For TV, apps personal subscription required.

Resort pool access is not permitted with this rental.

I had a pleasure of staying at 33 Burroughs Hall the weekend of the Kiawah half marathon. My large family came along for support. The house was roomy and very clean. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We are fortunate to have secured this place. We formed wonderful new memories here and we hope to one day return!

No one was ready to leave after the wedding so we extended our stay to visit with family and continue the celebration! Beautifully appointed home.
